To start, I'll send you a quick form to understand your brand and how you speak to your customers, so everything I create sounds consistently like you, not a generic template. If you've got your own pictures, new stock arriving, an event, anything happening in the business, send them over and I'll build the plan around them to keep things authentic. And if you ever need extra graphic design beyond the regular posts, event posters, leaflets, promotions, just ask; it's a small, accessible add-on, so you can hand it off without feeling guilty about the spend.

Not a problem, you don't need to have anything ready. Every plan includes one visit a month, where I come to your business to take photos and video, and I turn those into your posts along with designed graphics. Got your own photos? Send them over and I'll use those too. Need an extra visit in a month? It's £150.

Packages run on a 3-month minimum, then roll monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel which is enough time to see real results before deciding, without locking you in indefinitely. Prefer to pay annually? Save 20% off the year when you pay upfront.

Upgrading's easy any time, just say the word and it kicks in from your next billing cycle. Downgrading works the same way once you're past your initial 3-month term.

There's a rough rule of thumb: 5–10% of your revenue. In practical terms, that tends to land smaller local businesses around £500–£1,000 a month, and growth-focused ones closer to £1,000–£2,500.

In practice, most of the businesses I work with (independent shops, pubs, salons, farm shops) are classed as a small business.

Plans don't include paid ad spend, Tik Tok content, day-to-day DM/community management, or website build work. if something outside your plan comes up, we talk about adding it or quoting it.
